HOW TO LOWER THE TREADMILL FOR USE

1.Hold the treadmill as shown, and pull the lock knob to the left. Pivot the treadmill down until the frame and the foot rails are past the latch pin. Slowly release the lock knob.

2.Hold the treadmill firmly with both hands, and lower the treadmill to the floor. To decrease the possibility of in- jury, bend your legs and keep your back straight.
