If you need to change between boys’ and girls’ records, press QUIT to return to the B / G? prompt. Then, repeat these steps.

REMEMBER: If you are entering boys’ records, you should be in the B file. If you are entering girls’ records, you should be in the G file.

TO VIEW/EDIT EXISTING RECORDS:

Choose the PHONE BOOK icon from the MENU, press ENTER.
