STEP 4:

•SECURELY assemble the FOOTPLATE (6) to the SECONDARM (5) and the MAIN ARM (4) using two 1/2 X 4-3/4” BOLTS (12) and two 1/2” LOCK NUTS (13). See FIGURE 4.
