Route CABLEup and around the bottom PULLEYof the 1-3/4 X 5-1/4 IN. PLATESas shown. and down to, and around the PULLEYunder the PULLEYBRACKETWELDMENT(SEE.

Assemble the end of the CABLEto the PULLEYBRA CKETWELDMENTas shown. SECURELYassemble the appropriate HARDWAREtothe hole below the front PULLEYat the

bottom of the UPRIGHTFRAMEWELDMENTas shown. SEC.URELYtighten all remaining PULLEYCONNECTIONS.
