1.Assemble the LEFT UPRIGHT (1) and RIGHT UPRIGHT (2) onto the CEN- TER FRAME (3) using five M10 X 45mm BOLTS (4), ten 3/8" SAE WASH- ERS (5), and five M10 NYLOCK NUTS (6) as shown. Tighten all BOLTS and NUTS securely.
2.Assemble the BACK PAD (7) and HEAD REST PAD (8) onto CENTER FRAME (3) using five M10 X 35mm bolts (9) and five 3/8" SAE WASHERS
(5) as shown. Tighten all BOLTS securely.
3.Install 1" HOLE PLUGS (10) into all open bolt holes.
