Step 16

Attach Back Pad (51) to Back Pad Adjustment Bracket (28) using two Washers (143) and two Bolts (127).

Attach Seat Pad (50) to Seat Pad Support (27) using two Washers (143) and two Allen Bolts (127).

Slide both assemblies into receptacles as shown in Figure 16.
