SPLIT TEFLON WASHERS (G)

LEFT PEDAL ARM

CONNECTING TUBE

SPACER (F)

AOpen HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 4.

BAlign the U-BRACKET on the LEFT LOWER LINK ARM with the CONNECTING TUBE on the LEFT PEDAL ARM.

CSlide the SPACER (F) through the U-BRACKETand the CONNECTING TUBE so that it can no longer rotate.

DInsert 2 SPLIT TEFLON WASHERS (G) between the CONNECTING TUBE and the U-BRACKET.

ESecure the joint with a FLAT WASHER (H) and BOLT (I).

FRepeat on the other side.

TEFLON WASHER (K) SPACER (J)

AOpen HARDWARE BAG FOR STEP 5.

BSlide SPACER (J) into LOWER LINK ARM.

CPlace TEFLON WASHERS (K) on either side of SPACER (J). While holding TEFLON WASHERS (K) slide LOWER LINK ARM into bottom end of LOWER HANDLEBAR.

DInsert BOLT (M) into LOWER HANDLEBAR and secure using NUT (N).

EAttach the OUTSIDE ELBOW COVER to the ELBOW JOINT using 1 SCREW (L).

FSnap the INSIDE ELBOW COVER onto the OUTSIDE ELBOW COVER.

Note the position of the snap tabs before snapping into position.

GAttach the INSIDE ELBOW COVER to the ELBOW JOINT using 1 SCREW (L).

HRepeat on other side.
