display the split time, lap time and total elapsed time or lap time in progress at the same time in separate rows. In addition, the stopwatch is water resistant and withstands up to 10 bar. Therefore, it is suitable for aquatic sports or use in rainy weather.

●Frequency measuring function

The frequency of an activity per minute such as the number of strokes in rowing or swimming is automatically calculated only by measuring the time required to make three strokes.

●Large-sized three-row display panel

Total elapsed time or lap time in progress, split time and lap time are displayed at the same time, and they can be measured successively without releasing split or lap time measurement.

●Memory recall function ... Up to 300 measurement data can be stored in memory. Measurement data obtained from the start to finish of the measurement is recorded as a block without erasing the data in the previous block, and up to 100 blocks of data can be stored in memory.

This function is very useful for separately keeping the data measured at different time and date.

●Besides, the stopwatch is equipped with such convenient functions as ID No. function useful for keeping the data of individual users separately, and memory capacity indicator and fastest lap time recall functions.

●An antibacterial agent is applied to the case surface of the stopwatches.

It loses its antibacterial effect gradually over time and the effective period differs depending on the conditions of use.

●Time/calendar display

Year, month, date, hour, minutes and seconds can be displayed while the stopwatch and frequency measuring functions are not used.

Button Recall of the stored dataStored lap times and split times are recalled by pressing the button.

The time and date of starting the measurement of a block of data are automatically stored in memory.

Before the measurement is started, the block number is assigned to the block of data to be measured.

S140 specifications

The Seiko S140 is a noteworthy timepiece that embodies the brand's commitment to innovation, craftsmanship, and precision. This watch is a part of Seiko's prestigious collection, showcasing a blend of traditional watchmaking techniques and cutting-edge technology.

One of the key features of the Seiko S140 is its exceptional movement. It is powered by the Seiko Caliber 6R35 automatic movement, known for its impressive accuracy and reliability. This movement boasts a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, a significant improvement over its predecessors, allowing wearers to enjoy extended use without the need for frequent winding or resetting. The 6R35 calibre features 24 jewels and is designed to withstand the rigors of daily wear, ensuring durability and precision over time.

The design of the Seiko S140 is both elegant and functional. It features a stainless-steel case that is resilient against corrosion and wear, making it suitable for various environments. The watch has a striking dial, often enhanced with luminous markers and hands that provide excellent visibility in low-light conditions. The watch face is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, known for its clarity and toughness, ensuring that the timepiece maintains its aesthetic appeal even after years of use.

Another stand-out characteristic of the Seiko S140 is its water resistance. Typically rated up to 100 meters, this watch is more than capable of handling everyday water exposure, making it a reliable companion for both casual and adventurous activities. Its versatility is further accentuated by the option of different strap materials, including stainless steel or leather, catering to a wide range of personal styles.

Moreover, Seiko employs advanced technologies in the S140, such as the Seiko Lumibrite for luminescence, enhancing the legibility of the watch under various lighting conditions. This innovative material allows the markers and hands to glow brightly after exposure to light, enhancing readability even in darkness.

In summary, the Seiko S140 is a remarkable fusion of tradition and technology. Its robust automatic movement, sophisticated design, water resistance, and advanced features make it a timepiece that appeals to both watch enthusiasts and everyday wearers alike. With its blend of functionality and style, the Seiko S140 stands as a testament to Seiko's dedication to excellence in horology.
