A.) Slide the 25lb (#36), 15lb (#37), and 10lb (#38) Weight Plates onto the Weight Bar (#35). Note: Plates must be installed in pairs, one on each side.
B.) Attach two Spring Clips (#39) onto the Weight Bar.
