REMOVE ALL SECURITY TAPE AND WRAPPING

BEFORE BEGINNING

1.Attach REAR FOOT TUBE to the FRAME by using the CARRIAGE BOLTS, WASHERS and CAP NUTS.

2.Attach the FRONT FOOT TUBE to the FRAME by using the CARRIAGE BOLTS, WASHERS and CAP NUTS.
