Warning Decal Placement

The decals shown below have been placed on the weight bench. If a decal is missing, or if it is not legi- ble, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free at 1-800-999-3756, Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. Mountain Time (excluding holidays), to order a replacement decal. Apply the replace- ment decal to the location shown.
