Problem Solving

PROBLEM	CAUSE	SOLUTION
ON/OFF switch does not	Steamer not plugged in	Plug into electrical outlet
illuminate when pushed
	Circuit overload	Check household fuse
		box and reset the circuit
		breaker or replace the
		fuse. Do not operate
		another high wattage
		appliance on the same
		circuit
Steamer fails to heat	Steamer not plugged in	Plug into electrical outlet
	Foot press ON/OFF	Press the toe touch
	switch not in “ON”	ON/OFF switch on the
	position	steamer body
No Steam	Steamer not plugged-in	Plug into electrical outlet
	Steam on Demand button	Press the Steam on
	not in “ON” position	Demand button located
		on the steamer handle. It
		will glow green.
	Water tank is low or empty	Check water tank to be
		sure it is full. See filling the
		water tank on page 7.

Steamer beeps	Water tank is empty	Re-fill the water tank
	Steamer has reached	Push the Steam on
	heating temperature	Demand button to begin
		your steaming session
	Water filter not installed	Install water filter per

Steamer nozzle spits	Steam intensity too high	Reduce steam intensity to
water		a lower setting
	The steam nozzle and	Hold the steam nozzle
