Using powder detergent

Liquid detergent inserts come already inserted in the detergent compartments. To use powder detergent remove the inserts.

￿Remove the inserts from both compartments ￿ and ￿.

￿Detergent for "Heavy Soil"

￿Only add detergent (1/3 of the total amount recommended) to the ￿ compartment, if the "Heavy Soil" option is selected.

Since powder detergents already contain bleach, using additional liquid bleach is not recommended.

￿Detergent for the main wash

￿Fabric softener or liquid starch

￿Replace the inserts in the compartments before using liquid detergent.
