Cleaning the condenser

,To reduce the risk of electric shock, disconnect the dryer from the power supply by shutting off the power main, tripping the circuit breaker or unplugging the power cord before performing maintenance.

Detergent residues, hair and lint in the drying air can penetrate filters and clog the condenser. Particles from the cool air sucked in from the install location can cause blockages.

^Check the condenser at least twice a year. If used often, check every 100 loads.

^Clean if necessary.

Removing the condenser

^ Open the door.

^Open the access panel, located on the lower left corner of the machine, using the yellow tool supplied with the machine.

Hold the panel when opening it.

^Remove the panel up and out of the condenser access area.

^Turn the condenser door lock down and remove the door.
