TO REASSEMBLE:
1.Open with the straightener plate facing you.
2.Hold the center plate flocked side up, and the switch in the straightener position (furthest from the plate).
3.Place the center plate back in the appliance, lining up the two straightener plates.
4.Pressing the switch against the handle, slide it back to the flocked position, so that the spring retainer clicks back into place.

STRAIGHTENING TECHNIQUES
1)Use the straightener on dry hair taking small sections of hair at a time.
2)Pull the hair downward and hold taut.
3)Starting at the root, run the straightener down the hair in one smooth movement. Keep the strands of hair smooth while you work to avoid ridges.
