Troubleshooting

Before you call our Customer Care Department, go through the following troubleshooting suggestions

Problem:

 

Possible Causes / Solutions:

 

The plug is not plugged into the socket, or not making contact.

 

There has been a power outage.

The washer

The fuse has blown.

The door is not closed securely.
