OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.Plug the DryGuy™ Transporter™ into any standard 120 volt /household plug.

2.The DryGuy™ Transporter™ dries a pair of Ski boots and ski gloves together or snow- board boots and gloves simultaneously and other types of shoes hiking, golf, basketball, soccer, and all other cleated and athletic shoes. The DryGuy™ Transporter™ also dries Children’s shoes and mittens as well.

3.Select the proper voltage for your location: 120 Volt is standard in North America and 240 Volt is standard in Europe and South America

4.Carefully rotate the two arms to a downward position perpendicular to the body. Gently pull the lower telescoping tubes out to chosen length to fit into boot. Gently pull top tele- scoping tubes up to dry gloves all the time being very careful not to restrict air flow into the garments or block air flow into the blower assembly on the side of the Transporter™.

5.Set unit to desired time setting by pressing and holding the switch at the back of the unit for 5 seconds to initially activate the control – NOTE*** Important: You must press and hold the push button on back of unit for 5 seconds to activate unit! Once the LED’s light, you gently press the switch to the desired time setting.

Helpful Tips:

1.When drying boots, shoes, gloves, mittens and/or children’s boots and shoes be sure not to pinch off air circulation. Open garments completely to allow maximum air exchange.

2.We recommend drying footwear after every use to help prevent bacteria and fungus growth. The primary cause of shoe odor.

3.Smaller footwear and garments will dry quicker than larger items.

4.Your new energy efficient DryGuy™ Transporter™ heats to a gentle temperature of roughly 100° Fahrenheit and uses “Forced Air” technology to gently and quickly dry wet garments. There is not, however, a forceful air stream which might possibly dam- age sensitive garments. At first you may actually assume the unit is not operating and we recommend placing the back of your hand near the drying nozzles to better feel the gently warmed air stream.

Operation Time:

ÜÚ 2 to 6 hours – avoid over-drying!

ÜÚ Drying time varies depending upon extent of moisture, temperature, humidity, size of foot- wear and garments.

ÜÚ We typically recommend a minimum of one hour drying time every time your boots are used. ÜÚ While in operation, the unit although relatively quiet, produces minimal noise. This is a

normal condition and does not indicate a problem.

Maintenance:

Use only mild soap and a damp cloth to clean the DryGuy™ Transporter™. Never let any liquid get inside the motor; never immerse any part of the motor into liquid.
