When calling, please know the purchase date, and the complete model and serial number of your appliance (see the “A Note to You” section). This in- formation will help us better respond to your request.

Use Factory Specified Parts whenever you need a replacement part for your WHIRLPOOL® appliance. These parts will fit right and work right, because they are made to the same exacting specifications used to build every new WHIRLPOOL appliance.
