Troubleshooting

Most laundering problems are easily solved if you understand the cause. Check the following lists for laundry problems you may have and their possible causes. Also refer to “Common washer/dyer problems” within this section for a washer/dryer checklist which can help you solve some simple problems without calling for service. If you still need help, see the “Requesting Assistance or Service” section.
