Set HBS switch to “1”.

Set HBS switch to “2” to set more effect.

To cancel the effect

Set HBS switch to “OFF”.

Anti-Shock Protection EX

This function has been developed to achieve excellent performance against sound interruption caused by vi- brations. You will be able to enjoy listening to music dur- ing jogging (not vigorous jogging). This function is achieved by utilizing the high-performance servo circuit and audio data that has been stored in the memory ahead of time (up to 45 seconds worth).

ANTI SHOCK indicator

When the disc is played, as the audio data gradually stored in the memory, the “ANTI SHOCK” indicator changes.
