The DEH-3900MP includes a detachable faceplate, which adds an extra layer of security against theft. This feature allows users to easily remove and store the faceplate when leaving the vehicle, ensuring peace of mind whenever they park. The built-in 50 watts per channel amplifier delivers rich audio performance, providing deeper bass and clearer highs for an immersive listening experience.

Connectivity is a key strength of the DEH-3900MP. It boasts an auxiliary input, enabling users to connect external devices such as smartphones and MP3 players. The receiver is also equipped with a USB port, which allows for direct playback from USB drives, facilitating easy access to audio libraries on the go. For users who own iPods or iPhones, the rotary commander and dedicated controls simplify navigation through playlists and tracks.

The equalizer features of the DEH-3900MP allow users to customize their audio experience with 5-band graphic equalization. This flexibility enables listeners to adjust sound characteristics according to personal preferences or the acoustics of their vehicle.
