Inthis case, “U.01” briefly appears on the display.

Adjusting the sensitivity – SENSIT

Via the “SENSIT” menu, you can adjust the radiomicrophone’s input sensitivity.

Theinput sensitivity is adjustedtoo highwhenclose talking distances, speakers with loudvoices or loudmusic passages cause overmodulation in the transmission link. When the audio input level is excessively high (AF peak), the level display for audio signal “AF” shows full deflection.

If, on the otherhand, the sensitivity is adjusted too low, the transmission link will be undermodulated, which would result in a signal withhigh background noise.

The sensitivity is correctly adjusted when the level display for audio signal “AF” shows full deflection only during the loudest passages.

Note:

Formonitoring theadjustedsensitivity, thetransmitter’s level display for audio signal “AF” always indicates the audio level– evenifthe transmitter ismuted.
