Power Supply: Before plugging your unit in, be sure the source voltage in your area matches the required voltage for your American DJ® Refl ex™ before attempting operation.

General Operation: Just plug this light in, and watch it go. This fix- ture is designed to operate as a stand alone unit. It has been tested and the lamp has been installed at the factory there is no assembly necessary. The Reflex™ is ready to be plugged in, out of the box. There is no power switch, after plugging the unit in the unit will imme- diately begin to run to sound. Please note that tapping on the unit, or high pitched sounds may not trigger the unit, the unit is designed to react to low frequencies (bass). Also note that the music sensitiv- ity is preset at the factory and may not be changed or adjusted. The fashion the unit will operate will depended on the mode setting, see operating modes below.

Operating Modes: This unit comes with a 3-way multi-operating switch located on the bottom of the unit. The switch controls three different sound-active operating modes.

Switch in the "I" position: Mode 1 - In this mode the two internal dichroic colored glass dishes will rotate continuously regardless of an audio source. The two external reflecting mirrors will only react to an audio source via the units internal microphone.

Switch in the “O” position: Mode 2 - In this mode the two internal dichroic colored glass dishes will remain static regardless of an audio source. The two external reflecting mirrors will only react to an audio source via the units internal microphone.
