Troubleshooting

1. No Power

Possible Causes:

The power cable or adapter may be improperly connected

Battery at low power or dead

Remedy:

Ensure the cable is connected to the base of the CARRY-OKE, and the adapter is properly plugged in.

Replace batteries or switch to power adapter

2. No Sound

Possible Causes:

The microphone volume may be low

The A/V Power Cable may be improperly connected

Remedy:

Check the volume level during playback

Confirm that the cable is connected securely

3. The Sound Output is Distorted

Possible Causes:

The volume setting in the SETUP MENU is set too high

Remedy:

Set the volume in the SETUP MENU to about 50% and adjust the volume of your TV or Stereo
