CONNECTING TO YOUR AMPLIFIER/RECEIVER

To hear the music along with your voice, connect your stereo amplifier/ receiver to the karaoke’s AUX OUT L and R jacks using the supplied cable. Use the white plug for the left connec- tion and the red plug for the right con- nection at both ends of the cable.

Note: When you are not using the karaoke, set POWER to OFF. The sound from the audio source passes through the karaoke to the amplifier/ receiver unaffected.

CONNECTING

MICROPHONES

You can use the supplied microphone to sing along. To connect two micro- phones for duets or lead and back- ground vocals, you need an external microphone with a 1/4-inch plug (such as Cat. No. 33-3009). To help prevent feedback, we recommend a unidirec- tional microphone.

Follow these steps to connect micro- phones.

1.Set the volume controls for MIC 1 and MIC 2 to MIN.

2.Plug the microphone into MIC on the MIC 1 end of the karaoke. Plug the second microphone into MIC on the MIC 2 end of the karaoke, if desired.
