BATTERY INSTALLATION

BATTERY PLACEMENT

Before using this scale for the first time you must first install the enclosed battery. You will need to pull out the battery insulation film when you insert the battery for the first time.

1. Open the battery cover.

2.Put one 3V lithium battery into the battery box

(positive pole upward) and then tightly close the

battery box.

NOTE:

When installing the battery, please do not press the base of the scale, it may cause an inaccurate measurement.

If this happens, reinstall the battery or place the scale on a flat surface for at least 20 minutes before you take the measurement again.

WHEN YOU INSTALL THE BATTERY FOR THE FIRST TIME

1. This is what the display looks like after initial battery placement.

2. After 1-2 seconds the display will return to zero.

3. Place the scale horizontally on a flat surface. The power turns off after the scale displays the value automatically (Note: the value 1.5 is for instance)
