Consejos para tomar la temperatura

•La temperatura puede variar según sea tomada en el oído izquierdo o derecho. En consecuencia, es recomendable tomar siempre la temperatura en el mismo oído.

•Al dormir tumbado sobre un oído, la temperatura en ese oído puede dar una medición más alta de lo normal. Por tanto, espere unos minutos si quiere tomar la temperatura después de haber dormido.

•Para conseguir una medición precisa, asegúrese de que el oído está libre de obstrucciones o de acumulación de cera.

Modo de memoria

La última temperatura tomada antes de apagarse el termómetro es almacenada en la memoria. Para entrar en el modo de memoria, presione el botón « / mem».

Aunque se encuentre en el modo de memoria, puede seguir tomando la temperatura mientras el símbolo aparezca en la pantalla.

La temperatura almacenada aparece junto al símbolo MEM. Para salir del modo de memoria, presione el botón « / mem» otra vez.

IRT 3520

Este modelo permite almacenar hasta 8 tempera- turas.

Al presionar el botón « / mem», la pantalla muestra el número de la celda de memoria (por ejemplo, MEM 1). Al soltar el botón « / mem», aparece la temperatura almacenada.

A medida que volvemos a presionar el botón

« / mem», las restantes celdas de memoria irán apareciendo en pantalla (hasta MEM 8). Cuando una celda de memoria está vacía, la pantalla muestra el símbolo « – – – °C». Sólo se muestra en pantalla la primera celda vacía.

Para salir del modo de memoria, presione el botón « / mem» otra vez después de llegar a MEM 8 o « – – – °C».
