Control Solution Range
If test results fall outside the expect- ed range, repeat the test. Results that fall outside the expected range may indicate the system is not working properly. Some possible causes are:
■Procedural error
■Expired or contaminated control solution
■Test strip code and meter code do not match
■Dirty meter or test strip holder
■Test strip deterioration
■Meter malfunction
■Control solution that is outside of the temperature range
