Deleting a Message

If you wish to delete a message, press whilst the message is playing. A beep will be heard by means of confirmation.

Deleting all Messages

If you wish to delete all messages, press and hold the key after listening to all the messages. 00 will be displayed on the screen and a beep will be heard by means of confirmation.

Record an Outgoing Message

The answering machine has a default outgoing message “ Please leave your message after the tone”. You may want to change it as follows:

Press button located on the right side of your telephone

Press and then . A beep will be heard

Record your outgoing message

Press to stop recording. A second tone will be heard

Press to exit

NOTE: The outgoing message can only be recorded whilst there are no messages being read.
