Using Hold

To place a call on hold, press HOLD. The red indicator lights to show that the call is still on the line. To release a call from hold, press TALK/HANG UP or pick up an extension phone on the same line.

When you place a call on hold, you can disconnect the headset from the dialer if you need to step away. When you want to continue your conversation, reconnect the headset. Then press TALK/HANG UP to release the call from hold.
