MOUNTING THE BASE ON A WALL PLATE

1.Follow Steps 1 through 3 under “Placing the Base on a Desk Top” on Page 6.

2.Route the modular cord through the left groove on the bottom of the base and the adapter cord through the groove below the strain relief slot.

3.Insert the tabs on the narrow end of the bracket into the slots on the bot- tom of the base as shown and route the other end of the short modular cord through the center of the brack- et.

4.Push the tabs on the wide end of the bracket into the lower slots on the bottom of the base.

5.Plug the short modular cord’s other end into the wall plate jack, align the base’s keyhole slots with the wall plate studs, and slide the base downward to secure it.
