This feature can be set at individual telephones to disable (silence) an incoming ring signal, intercom, or page.

1.While the phone is not in use, press

PRIVACY.

2.To cancel, press PRIVACY again.

HOLD

PLACING A CALL ON HOLD

•Press HOLD. The indicator for the line on hold flashes green.

PICKING UP A CALL ON HOLD

1.Lift the handset, or press SPEAKERPHONE or HEADSET.

2.Press the line on hold.
