How to insert your ear mould

Make sure that your hearing instrument is turned off. The battery compartment must be opened up to the stop. Grip the ear mould between your thumb and index finger and place the tip carefully into your auditory canal.

You may find it helpful to pull your ear slightly upwards or to the rear. You may want to push the ear mould very gently with your index finger.

Once inserted, you should feel that the ear mould is correctly placed.

Now place your hearing instrument behind your ear and switch it on. Close the battery compartment fully.
