optiPoint display module

The optiPoint display module is the ideal en- hancement to the optiPoint 410/420 stan- dard S and optiPoint 410/420 advance S.

The large display with touchscreen func- tionality makes it easy to access informa- tion, input data and control functions. The graphical user interface provides applica- tions for controlling telephony and manag- ing journals, plus a local address book.

In addition, the optiPoint display module makes it possible to implement other user- specific applications in a Java® based stan- dard programming environment and to download them to the telephone. A Java® software developer kit, which can be down- loaded from the Siemens website, is avail- able for this (free of charge).
