5.The handset will temporarily display Registered then will display Handset and will be automatically assigned the next handset number.

De-registering a handset

You can de-register any handset from a base using any of the handsets that are registered to it.

1.Press Menu and or until REGISTRATION is displayed, then press Menu .

2.Press or until DEREGISTER is displayed, press Menu and Enter PIN will be displayed.

3.Enter the base PIN (original setting 0000) and press Menu .

4.Use or to display the handset number you wish to de-register, then press Menu .

5.DEREGISTER? will be displayed, press Menu again to confirm.

Restore default settings

You can reset your BT Freestyle 225 handset to its default (original) settings.

1.Press Menu to open the main menu.

2.Press or until the display shows Setup h/set and press Menu .
