Setting Up

Registering Your Cell Dock

Before you can use your cell dock, you must register the device to your SD4500 series base unit.

You can register up to 8 devices (handsets, cameras, cell docks, etc.) to a base unit.

To register your cell dock:

1Press and hold the Page/Registration button located on the bottom of the cell dock. Release the button when the cell dock’s In Use/Charging LED light flashes red.

2Press and hold the Page button on base unit. The charge/page and In Use/Voice Mail lights on the base unit flashes. The LED lights on the cell dock and base unit’s stop flashing once the registration is complete.

To Check

Registration:

Press the CONNECT TO button on the handset.

Scroll through the items listed to confirm that the device you registered is available.
