RINGER VOLUME SWITCH

To set HI/LO ringer volume

BASE UNIT

1)Making and Answering Calls

To make a call, just lift the handset and wait for dial tone. Then, dial the telephone number using the keypad.

2)Redial Function:

To make a repeat call to the last number dialed (up to 32 digits), just lift handset and wait for dial tone. Then press LNR key.

3)Secrecy/Mute Function:

While you are on the line, if you do not want the remote party to hear you, just press and hold the MUTE key.

4)Using on a PBX:

If you need to use SB2111 on a PBX and the PBX User Guide instructed the use of RECALL/FLASH to transfer an external call to an internal party, press the FLASH key.

On some PBXs, you will need to wait for a second dial tone after dialing external line access digit (e.g. “9”). You might need to insert PAUSE when making calls, so that the redial function will work.

To make a call:

1.Press the external line access digit and then press PAUSE key

2.Dial the telephone number
