Functions available during a busy line

Call Message

NOTE

If you call an extension and the line is busy or the call goes unanswered, you can use the Call Back

 

feature to receive notification when the extension is available to take a call.

Call an extension.

While you hear the busy tone or ringing tone, press the Service soft button.

To reactivate the call whenever you want, by pressing the Hold button.
