10.You can choose the following option by pressing the Options soft key:

Add: allows you to add a new memo on the day.

Delete: allows you to delete the memo.

Edit: allows you to edit the memo.

Move: allows you to move the memo to a different date.

Copy: allows you to copy the memo to a different date.

11.When you have finished, press the soft key or the key to exit.

Calendar (Menu 5.2)

The calendar helps you to keep track of schedule, calls that you need to make, tasks that you need to do and anniversaries. You can set the alarm to ring when the set date for a schedule is reached.

The following options are available when you press the Options soft key on the Calendar display:

Add memo: allows you to add a new memo on the day.

Go to date: allows you to enter a particular date and then schedule an event on that date.

View all: shows all of the events that you have scheduled.

Delete day: deletes the scheduled event on the selected day.

Delete all: deletes all of the events that you have scheduled.

Creating a New Memo

1.Scroll to a date on the calendar, referring to page 112, and press the Select soft key.

2.Write your memo and press the Ok soft key.

For further information about how to enter characters, see page 37.

3.Select the category of the memo to be saved and press the Select soft key.

The following categories are available:

Scheduler: general schedule events, such as appointments or meetings.

To do list: tasks you need to do.

Call: calls you need to make.

Anniversary: anniversaries to be remembered, such as wedding anniversaries, birthdays or other special days.

4.Follow the procedure from Step 4 on page 111 onwards to save the memo.
