Setting Sensitivity Level

Adjusting your radio’s Sensitivity Level helps minimize the possibility of unintended noises triggering a transmission, or enhances the ability to pick up quiet voices.

•Press 4 times as needed to display . The radio will also display the sensitivity type you are setting:

• Select Sensitivity Level of , , or by using or : = High Sensitivity, for quiet environments

= Medium Sensitivity, for most environments

= Low Sensitivity, for noisy environments

Note: There is a short delay between when you start talking and the radio transmits.
