When prompted to Enter Name, use the digit keys to spell the name. Each press of a key will cause characters to be displayed as follows:

Adding Phonebook Entries

From the Handset idle (OFF) mode, press the NavKey in any direction. The Phonebook icon should be highlighted.

Press the middle NavKey or left softkey to select.

Press NEW.

NOTE: When the phonebook is full and NEW is pressed, Phonebook is Full will display and an error tone will sound.

You will then be prompted to Enter Name. Use the digit keys to spell the name. If you make a

mistake, press the softkey. To add a space between characters, press the 1 key or press the right NavKey twice. When finished, pressOK.
