Telephone settings

Changing the PIN

The PIN is a four-digit password to protect the base station and handsets against unau- thorised access.

The telephone is delivered with the system PIN set to «0000».

PROGRAM

Press the programming key.

Press 1.

ZEnter the old four-digit PIN (default setting “0000 ”).

PROGRAM

Press the programming key.

ZEnter a new four-digit PIN.

PROGRAM

Press the programming key.

ZEnter the new PIN again (security measure).

PROGRAM

Press the programming key to save the setting.

Key tone on/off

PROGRAM

Press the programming key.

Press to switch the key clicks setting on/off.

PROGRAM

Press the programming key to complete the sequence.
