3.Press the number 1 key to enter a space between characters

4.Repeat steps 1 and 2 until the name is entered.

DELETING PHONEBOOK RECORD

To delete 1 record:

1.Touch .

2.Touch or or alphabetic search to select the record you wish to delete.

3.Touch .

4.Use or to select ‘DELETE RECORD’.

5.Touch to conﬁrm selection.

6.Touch to conﬁrm delete.

2.Touch or or alphabetic search to select the record you wish to delete.

3.Touch .

4.Touch to conﬁrm delete.

To delete all records:

1.Touch .

2.Touch .

3.Use or to select ‘DELETE ALL’.

4.Touch to conﬁrm.

5.Touch again to delete all records stored in Phonebook.
