12 Using your phone
The 
button will illuminate red to show that secrecy is on.
Your caller will be put on hold. You can now talk to someone in the room without your caller hearing you.
2.Press and release the 
button again to return to your caller. The red secrecy light will go out.
If an exact match is found in the Directory, the caller’s name will be displayed instead of the number.
To exit to standby without dialling
the number, press 
.
If a redial number is more than 16 digits, the first 16 digits are displayed for 3 seconds and then the display scrolls to display the last 16 digits. After 3 seconds the display reverts back and continues to scroll back and forth until you change the display information.
Redial
Redial the last number called
1.Press Redial . The last number called is displayed.
2.To dial the number, lift the handset or press Handsfree or

Save the redial number to the directory
1. Press Redial . The last number called is displayed.
2. Press Menu . Save Number is displayed, press | . |
3.Enter Name is displayed, enter a name using the keypad and press 
.
4.Edit Number is displayed. If necessary, edit the number
using 
to delete incorrect digits and enter new ones
