USING THE PHONE

TURNING THE PHONE ON

1.Press and hold , until your “Power On” logo appears and the melody begins to play.

To select a logo, refer to page 59 for more details.

If “PASSWORD” appears, the phone is locked.

To unlock, enter your 4-digit password.

NOTE: The default password is the last 4 digits of your phone number.

TURNING THE PHONE OFF

1.Press and hold until “Power Off” animation appears.

NOTE: 1. Immediately change or recharge the battery when “Low Battery Warning Power Off” appears on the display. Memory may possibly be damaged if the phone turns off due to the battery completely draining.

2.If the phone turns off due to the battery completely draining, memory may possibly be damaged.

USING THE MENU

1.To access the menu from the idle screen,

press [MENU].

When the key guard is activated, press 1, 2, 3 to unlock the key guard.

2.Use the Navigation Key to scroll through the menu.

To search through the menu in numerical order, press down or to the right.

3.To return to the previous page, press [CLR].

To exit the current menu and return to the idle screen,

press .

4.To enter a function, press to enter a function or press the function’s assigned number.

Hotkey

From the idle screen, move the Navigation Key as followsto access these functions:

Upward movement : Phone Book

Downward movement : Messaging

Rightward movement : Schedule

Leftward movement : Mobile Web
