To conserve power, you can set the phone to turn off the screen when the phone is not in use. The screen turns back on when you press any key. To set how

long the phone waits before turning off the screen:

Find it: s> w Settings > Initial Setup > Display Timeout

You can select a picture to use as a wallpaper (background) image in your home screen:

Find it: s> l Personalize > Wallpaper

You can use different ways to answer an incoming call. To turn on or turn off an answer option:

Find it: s> w Settings > In Call Setup > Answer Options

screen saver

You can set a picture or a clock as a screen saver image. Your phone displays the screen saver when no activity occurs for a specified time.

Tip: Turn off the screen saver to extend battery life.

backlight

Set the amount of time the display and keypad backlights stay on:
