2.3Switching your telephone on

1- Press the key to switch on the phone. 2- When prompted, “Enter PIN code”.

3- Key in the PIN code provided with your SIM card.

4- Press .

!PIN and PIN2 (4 to 8 digits)

A PIN (Personal Identification Number) code is supplied to your phone and the SIM card by network providers. With your SIM card inserted, your PIN code will be required every time you switch on your phone. If a wrong PIN code is entered three consecutive times, the phone becomes locked or disabled. You must ask your network operator for the PUK code to unlock or re-enable the code. A PIN2 code is used for other functions, such as Fixed dialing (FDN) and Call barring.

PUK and PUK2 (8 digits)

To enable a locked PIN code, the PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code is required. Check with your network provider operator for the code.

2.4Switching your telephone off

Press the key from the main screen (long keypress) to switch the telephone off.
