Storing Phone Numbers and Names

Memory Dialing allows you to dial a number using just a few key strokes. Your TRU 3465 stores up to 20 names/numbers in handset plus 10 numbers in the base.

With the handset

1Press and hold until “Memory Store“ is displayed.

2Press and ª or enter a two-digit number (01 - 20) to select the memory location where you would like to store the number.

In memory dialing operation, you must press a key within 20 seconds or the phone will return to standby. If you return the handset to the base, the phone will return to standby also.

The following screen appears and a cursor flashes

If this screen appears, the selected memory location is already stored. Then you must either change the entry in this location, clear the entry in this location, or select “Go Back“ to choose another location.
