•You cannot make a call from the Caller ID list if your TRU 346 is connected to private branch exchange (PBX).

•When a long distance call has been set, “1“ appears in the display.

Using the Caller ID List

Calling a party from the Caller ID list

You can place a call from the Caller ID list. The TRU 346 stores up to 50 messages.

1	Press	.
	Select the phone number that you want
	to dial by pressing		or	.
2	Press	.

The displayed phone number will be dialed automatically.

Long Distance call and Area Code setting

Pressing while the incoming call information is displayed (in step 1) will

set or cancel a Long Distance call. Pressing will set or cancel the area code setting.

Dial edit

You can edit the phone number of Caller ID data when you press after step 1.
