Troubleshooting

If your XC610 Series/XC710 Cordless Telephone is not performing to your expectations, please try these simple steps. If you are still unable to resolve the problems, contact Uniden Customer Service for assistance.

Problem	Suggestion
Chanrge light won’t come	l Make sure AC
on when Handset is	Adapter is plugged
placed in Base Unit.	into the Base Unit

	l Make sure Handset is

	l Make sure that the
	charging contacts on
	the Handset and
	Base Unit are clean.
Audio sounds weak	l Make sure that the

	Code may be erased.
	Set the Digital Code.
Hear only continuous	l The power has been
